Come from a 3 generation line of chefs in my family. My name is Brandon Frohne. Im german/swiss and 22 years old. I have been pretty succesful in my culinary career thus far with hopes to start an empire! I grew up in the restaurant watching mygrandmother prepare french delicacies. I landed my first chef de cusine gig at a 5 star hotel in Florida at 17 . Within 6 months we achieved the highest rated restaurant in florida 2004, zagat survey. Apprenticed and interned under acclaimed award winning international chef David Miller. I am currently a food and beverage director. I have held chef positions with major hospitality corporations to include Six Tables Fine Dining, Club Corp, Compass Group, and now XMI Corporation.
