I am a 20 year old aspiring pastry chef who has gone to CCTEC and ACCC fir culinary arts.
I started off learning mostly hot and cold food skills devoting most of my time to becoming more knowledgeable of everything involving food.
It wasn't until I attended ACCC that I realized I wanted to bake. So I rook a few basic baking and pastry classes and began baking cakes and other desserts on my own.
I am pretty good at cake decor and I am just beginning to perfect my piping skills. I have not applied my
skills in a professional way because I am now looking to be an apprentice. Any ideas would be appreciated..
